Torsten Hendrich has trained and worked in the city’s best restaurants, including Grand Cru, Engelbrecht, Madison, Facil and Grand Hyatt. He was appointed head chef at the Diekmann Meinekestraße 7 in 2004.

Restaurant manager
Patrice Voisin has managed the Diekmann Meinekestraße 7 for more than 20 years. It is impossible to imagine the restaurant without him.
